Working with a Narrative Health coach provides you with a dynamic foundation for healing. Narrative Health Coaching is an innovative form of healing that goes beyond alleviating symptoms and leads to lasting change. By helping you to develop increased awareness and master new skills, this method transforms old patterns of illness into new ways of being.
In our first session, we will discuss your specific emotional and physical challenges in-depth. From here, an individualized coaching program is designed. Through a series of sessions, I will guide you in achieving your goals for healing. For greater emotional support, I formulate personalized flower essence remedies for you to use at home. A coaching program, including the use of flower essence remedies, is 8-12 sessions, meeting every 2-3 weeks. Each program is designed for your individual needs and no two programs are alike.
