Beautifully classic 1967 BJ8 3000 Austin Healy. British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate 2015/816 matching body tag. The engine , gearbox and body are all original to the car. The car was originally shipped to the Healy dealer in San Francisco. This is a west coast car (no rust)! I have owned this car since 2001. The car has been garaged all that time. I have driven less than 2000 miles in the last 14 years. The engine is very strong (compression readings available upon request).The car was recently repainted prior to my purchase. The color is a variant of BRG*. In 2012-2013 I did extensive mechanical upgrades that carry a 12, 000 mile warranty. (records can be provided). After the mechanical work was completed I purchased a new interior from Heritage Upholstery in Vancouver BC. (complete list of work can be provided). Interior with biscuit colored leather seats with green piping*. Matching biscuit vinyl on other surfaces and green Wilton wool carpets with matching overmats. The dash was redone with birds eye maple to compliment the biscuit interior*. The trunk has a new Armacord black lining. Since this work has been completed the car has less than 100 miles. I moved the car via enclosed transport to its current location in Indian Wells California. The car is offered FOB Indian Wells. I can assist new owner in setting up transportation if desired. I have more than 100 pictures of exterior, interior, engine, underside that can be provided upon request. As with every AH or any other British motor car of this vintage there is a slight oil leak at the engine to crankshaft bolt up fitting.
